Winter 2004/05 - Myanmar
now here we have bagan - still somehow over 2000 tempels, stupas, monasteries and pagodas (if you count brick mounds you have nearly 4000 sites that you can visit). the river moved and eat over 2000. The whole thing is cramped into 40 sq km!

we parked the bikes at the place of this nice people. now way to get them back without drinking tea and rest in their home - that is myanmar.
all over the place you find them renovating - still using more or less the same materials and methods as 900 years ago
